Investing 50K in an existing business as a team..diff idea?

hi,

we are 2 friends on PSW and looking to go for entrepreneur visa. We are going with already invested 50K funds in an existing business route as its more safer we have been told ?

however ...question is
1) can we invest 50 K in business and then become the director of that existing business ? ....this avoids the need for director's loan clause ? or

we definitely need to first become a director and then invest the funds in our existing company ?

i am not sure that the policy guidance clears this point.

please provide your inputs friends.
