Spouse working as a freelancer

Post by Samanthakool » Thu Aug 01, 2013 3:27 pm

Hello All,

I am on indefinite leave in UK , and have been working as a freelancer with a company outside UK , the company is not registered in UK but it is in their own country. Now my husband is on Tier-4 visa which will expire next year and I want to apply for a spouse visa for him .

I earn more than £18600 per annum, but I dont have payslips.

Will he get the spouse visa ?

So are you registered self-employed? Are the wages paid into your bank?

No I am not yet registered. But the wages do go to my bank account.

So are you self employed, if so are you liable for tax, if so, have you paid it?
