SET(O) Questions

Hiya,

I initially entered the UK on a student visa in 2006, then went on to the post study work visa in 2007 and finally on the Tier 1 (G) in 2008.

My confusion is what to answer in 7.11 (and 6.3 also re:entry!) as to how long I have lived in the UK (I was living here before that , but went home for a few months before returning...but that is neither here nor there!). As I switched in country to Tier 1, do I say 4y 11m or 6y 11m?

Also, regarding bank statements; am I still required to have them no earlier that 30 days before my appointment if it is just to show that my salary is being paid into my account (payslips are from 01/08/12-31/7/13)?
