Email address for Home office for Tier 2 query

Hi,

I want to email home office for Tier-2 query regarding fix penalty notice and where to mention in form as now they have removed good character section.

Could anyone please let me know email address for home office?

I tried 'public.enquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk' and also Croydon call center no but could not get any much information?
