EEA2: proof of residence, proof of dependency

Post by medal92 » Fri Aug 02, 2013 11:38 am

Hello.

I would highly appreciate answers to these questions pleaaase:

1. Under what circumstances is Proof of residence required on your EEA2 application? In the application, it is found under Proof of relationship to EEA2 national. I have already provided proof of relationship (Family and birth certificates) is this sufficient?

2. Is proof of dependency required if my child is older than 21 and exercising treaty rights? Will a tenancy agreement and utility bills of my child as well as correspondence addressed to me at the same address be sufficient proof of dependency?

3. Will it be problematic is the proof of dependency and proof of residence (if required) addresses are different? As well as the address I have provided for correspondence in the application form, if different from the address used for proof of dependency, would that be problematic?

I would highly appreciate urgent reply to these questions!

MANY THANKS
