Is it your term break? If yes then you can work a temporary fulltime job. But if you are in your term then you cannot work full-time.shahbaz1 wrote:Hi, I got a job but it starts with a probationary period of 6 months and after 6 months, it will be decided if I will be kept permanently or not. I have finished my course and have a valid Tier 4 visa. Can I start work with this visa as I cannot fill a permanent post, however, I can do a temporary full time work? It is not stated in my contract if my post is permanent or not.
I have finished my course and am free now. I think that they have given me a temporary job as it is a 6 months probation period and I will be made permanent after I complete it?muhdkhokhar wrote:Is it your term break? But once you get your results you will have to leave the country or to switch another visa e.g. Tier 2. Have you made the company aware of this?shahbaz1 wrote:I have finished my course and am free now. Yes I am switching from a Tier 4 to Tier 2 from inside the UK. I do not have to leave the country as I am sending my passport for switching my visa from Tier 4 to Tier 2 from inside the UK.muhdkhokhar wrote:But once you get your results you will have to leave the country or to switch another visa e.g. Tier 2.
