Hi,

I am just wondered to ask about the application of 3c &3D whether by virtue of this sections,one previous visa condition is extended in first tier tribunal,upper tribunal and court of appeal or they just deal with an application for leave to remain within the Home office.

All valuable answers and suggestion would be highly appreciated.
