tier 2 general

Post by thomy83 » Sat Aug 03, 2013 10:18 pm

Hi,

Currently I am in tier 2 general dependent visa and finished masters degree. Can i able to switch to tier 2 general visa with out need a labour market test. Because one if the employee is ready to sponsor. I mean, that i am eligible to get unrestricted COS.

Thanks

The resident labour market test also needs to be met.

Until this june I have engaged full time study and now completed studies. Can't they consider me as an international student? and switch to tier 2 general without resident labour test?

Thanks for your reply.

My question did the employer can give COS without conducting market test. Because as per the Home office the company can issue unlimited COS if am graduated from UK.

Does it apply only for Tier 4 student visa holders? i am in tier 2 dependent visa
