tier 4 dependant - urgent!

Post by eligl » Sat Aug 03, 2013 11:40 pm

hello,

I want to apply to tier 4 dependant visa for my fiance as soon as possible. we plan to get married later this week.

Although we are in a relationship for a few years, we only have a tenancy agreement for 1 year, and most of the bills weren't on our names. we dont have a Joint Bank Account or something like that.
Of course we have plenty of emails, call records and photos but I am still afraid that because we don't have an official evidences for our relationship, she might be refused. Is it a good idea to wait until we will get the marriage certificate ( in two weeks time? or it won't be beneficial without official supporting evidence (not photos or emails)?

THANK YOU.
btw, we are from Israel, if it makes any difference.

It is probably better to wait for your marriage certificate if she is applying as your spouse. Else, she may be considered as your Unmarried partner, where there is a 2-year living together akin to marriage requirement.

Thanks. but should we send only the marriage certificate or should we attach to the marriage certificate emails, call records and photos as further evidence to our relationship?

Further evidence should help.
