How to get my Passport from UKBA ?

Hi friends ,

Can anybody know any info regarding how to get back passport from UKBA, to attend my visa Interview for other country.


My sutation is applied for Tire-1 entrepreneur visa in Jan 2013, but visa got refused in june , and am applied for appeal , still in process . Now I need my to attend my USA visa interview in November . So I need info regarding how to get my passport to attend interview without withdrawing my UK tire 1 visa application. Pls help me friends on this sutation if u know any info.

Unfortunately you wont be able to get your passport back now that your application has been refused. Without abandoning your appeal they will NOT return your passport to you, the only option you have is to wait for the outcome of your appeal.

you at min do not have a valid visa your appeal in process which means you technically can not apply for any other visa to any other countries being in UK if you do having no valid visa means any applications whether you have already made one or going to make one will be refused.. you should concentrate on your on going appeal and ask for time extension from those who you going to have an interview with as you wrote..

Exactly and same is mine situation that I have an approved Danish green card but the problem is that the Home office has retained my passport and in case I can get it back by any reason to withdraw appeal or to quit uk voluntarily,still I am unable to get that Danish greencard visa on my passport here in the UK because of no valid residence permit.I will need to go home and get it there.
