Can I apply for Gov Exchange visa after completing YMS visa?

Hi,
I am currently in the UK on the Youth Mobility Visa which expires in 2 weeks. Once I go back to Australia, am I able to apply for the Government Authorised Exchange visa, as the company I worked for would like to offer internships through one of the approved schemes. Am I still eligible even though I have already worked in the UK on a different Tier 5 visa??
