One of my friend refused on similar basis. He applied in October. In refusal reason first Caseworker mentioned all 4 requirements of provision (d) of table 4 of Aug/2012 guidance policy version.

But in refusal area Caseworker started by saying "Working in this context mean..." ; this phrase is not from Aug/2012 policy guidance. This is taken from April/2013 policy which should not be referred in case of previous applicants.

In Aug/2012 policy, business activity and administrative work is not clearly defined, neither any criteria is mentioned to produce evidence in this regard.
But in April/2013 policy, 'Working context' , 'Level of Service' and 'Administrative Work' is clearly defined.

This point is controversial and his solicitor affirmed him good chances to fight and win.

It might help to understand your case.

"http://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov. ... ice.gov.uk"

Copy Paste this link, it could help you to find what exact words were in guidance policy and any web page in the history. You could have a look on provisions of Table 4 of that time and Paragraph 41 SD of that time.

For Table 4 and Paragraph SD just follow the sequence on left links of archived site as:
Policy and Law > Immigration Law > Immigration Rules
then search for 'Appendix A: Attributes' and click on it. Here you may find Table 4 and 41 SD of that time.

Hi Empire,
Your job title in the company is level 4 or higher, but your company business activities is not considering level 4. You need to change your business activities to level 4 or above than you manage it, or you will establish new company or you can kept this company and re-apply under 200K route.
