Can my Husband and Kids Join me as Dependant

Hi all
I am on Tier-4 visa (Master degree course of 1 year duration) ending in Jan 2014. My husband (on tier-2 visa) made redundant and my kids are on his dependant visa ( tier-2 dependant). We all are in the UK at the moment.

I would like to know whether it is possible for my husband and kids to become dependant on my visa (Tier-4) or not? and
If possible then should they have to go to home country or is it possible from here in the UK.

As this problem came at once and we are in tense situation to find out solution therefore please help us. I know if he could be dependant on my visa, he can find out another job by the time my visa ends so it is all about the time.

Unfortunately they wont be able to apply as your T4 dependant in-country. They will have to depart and apply from your home country..All thanks to the almighty HO and ever changing rules!

Going to home country and applying from there can be managed but as per rule can they be dependant on my tier-4 visa (my course is one year and MSc) as my visa is now valid until Jan 2014 and also do I also need to go with them?
