Invitation Letter status

Hi Guys

Anyone knows how to get in contact with UKBA Liverpool office ?

I got a voice message on my phone on the 5th of July, saying that my application has been successful, however they want me to give them the address so that they can sent out the invitation letter, but the caller didnt leave a message.

Now it's been 1 month past and nothing happens, I tried to write emails to UKBA but received no reply.

The strange thing is I have a copy of my application form and I have put my home address in it, so I dont know why they want me to confirm the address in the first place.

Any help would be appreciated.
