25/july/2013: new guidance for 'continuous absence'

Post by newbie_2013 » Mon Aug 05, 2013 9:45 pm

Just looking at the UKBA and found the new guidance for continuous absence from 25/07/2013.

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary

Just wondering if any one of you here has applied for ILR after this date and if the caseworkers were actually keen about the absence letters and relevant documents.

Any success cases after this date would be appreciated.

cheers

I had my ILR approved today and submitted the absence letter. I can't tell if it was necessary to provide it as I didn't have any interaction with the case worker.
