Clarification on the absence evidence

I am looking to apply for my ILR next month. My query is regarding my absence from UK. Should i provide any letters from my employer if my absence has never been beyond 180 days?

Actually, in total i have been away from the UK for only 140 days in the last 5 years.

Listing the absences should suffice.
