MN1 Form - Refree (Sheffield)

Post by dreamer645 » Tue Aug 06, 2013 3:04 pm

Hi All,

My wife has just visited health visitor and asked her, if she could act as a refree for our 9 month old son born in UK. She refused saying, it's not there policy.

Question is, if health visitor refuses who else will act as refree considering she has seen our son atleat 3 times. GP has seen probably twice but haven't asked him yet.

I was wondering if there is anyone in similar situation in Sheffield and what they did?
Who else can i get to sgn it?

As per FAQ, any professional would be OK if child is young. Does that mean my friend who is a software engineer would be OK?

Thanks
D

GP is not on the list.

Check with your or your wife employer, or your local pharmacist who you visit often.
