Sorry if I am repeating the already answered question but I am not able to find it on the forum.
My timeline:
Tier 1 (G)
EC stamp: 10/10/2008
Entry: 06/11/2008 (27 days)
Extension: 10/10/2011
Current visa expiry: 10/10/2013
Total stay outside UK under Tier 1 (G): 91 days in last 5 years
I can apply for the ILR in September 2013, as my entry to UK after EC was less than 90 days.
I have book the PEO appointment (liverpool) on 12/09/2013, which is exactly 28 days from the expiry date of my visa.
So, anyone can suggests that whether I need to re-book it at later date so that it falls below 28 days (i.e. if I re-book it on 12/09/2013 than it will be 27 days from the current visa expiry) or exact 28 days will be OK?
Any suggestion is much appreciated.
