If my son is born in the UK. Now He is living in Bangladesh. If I am holding ILR. will he be able to claim his passport in British High Commission in Bangladesh?

Depends, was he born in the UK before or after you were granted ILR?

Assuming the other parent isn't British, the child would be entitled to register as British under section 1(3) on form MN1 which you can do in the UK. Once registered you can apply for child's British Passport.
