Help Regarding I 134 application

Need help,

I am applying for I 134 application form and need help regarding it. In the form if state that form must be signed in your full name. It means that i have to write out my name with my middle name and last name in signature space? or just sign it the way i normally would sign something with a short signature? I can see that there is a option to put my name at the bottom where i can acknowledge the liability statement but just wanted to confirm before we submit it. Plz help guyssss[/b]
