Travelling for visa legally valid?

Post by Halcyon » Wed Aug 07, 2013 8:41 am

Hi,

My wife is on PSW and I am on PSW dependent both our visa's valid until Nov-13. Her employer is getting her new visa by moving her from PSW to Tier 2 Oct-13. I am currently in India. My wife is looking at me travelling to UK for a week on my existing PSW dependent visa in order to get my dependent application for Tier-2 dependent simultaneously when her employers gets her Tier-2 visa application in. Since it will be a fast track application, I will have my passport back with me in 3-4 days.

So my question, am I doing anything illegal? Because I will enter UK using one visa (PSW) and exist the country using the new Tier-2 visa?

Thanks,
Roopesh.
