Business visitor visa refused, suggestions required urgently

Hi everyone,

My business visitor visa has been refused 4 days back on grounds related to personal and financial circumstances. I have finished education in april and currently unemployed. I depend on my father for living expenses. I need to attend an interview with a company in the UK. They will be funding my entire trip including travel, accomodation and food. So what documents should I produce ideally to make sure my visa reapplication will be 100% succesful. Kindly share what documents are required from my side as well as sponsoring company's side.
