term deposit

just enquiring about the third party funding. The third party funding are in term deposit and the value of the funds are above 50K. I Have got a letter from the BANK saying the funds can be freely transferred. A declaration from my third party and an attested copy from a solicitor. I have gone through the forum and still a little sceptical whether the term Deposit would be accepted or not. The letter clearly states the funds can be enhanceable on request and will available to me ... Thanks in advance
