ILR- HELP NEEDED

Post by ali933 » Wed Aug 07, 2013 7:10 pm

Me and my wife are going to apply for ILR under tier 1 general migrant catageory ON THIS FRIDAY.

we both have got an appointment but i havent booked AN appointment for my daughter who was born here in uk so as i will apply for her passport once we get ILR.

My question is can i take my daughter with us at PEO on our appointment which is on Friday.
will they allow her as we cannot find any place to leave her for some time so i am thinking of taking her with me to home office.

looking forward to hear from you.

Kind regards.

That's fine. You'll have to register her as British on form MN1 when you have been granted ILR before you can apply for her passport.
