PEO or Post

Post by cincao » Thu Aug 08, 2013 4:02 am

Hi,

I wonder if anyone has a similar case and any advice from anyone is greatly appreciated.

1) currently a work permit holder (expires in Dec 2013)
2) married (Aug 2012) to a person who is granted indefinite leave to remain in the UK since 2009.
3) parent of a child (<1 year old) who is settled in the UK together with my husband as described in 2)

I intend to use the SET (O) form via the PEO. But I have doubt whether it will be a straightforward one because I just given birth to a baby as described in 3)

Thank you.

If you are eligible (Closed immigration categories) under 134, then you should be okay.
