Absense Letter - Indefinite Leave to Remain under Tier1

Post by shaileshdubey2408 » Thu Aug 08, 2013 5:03 pm

I am applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain in UK (under Tier1 extension). My total out of UK days is 152 annual paid leave in last 5 years. Since last 3.5 years, I am employed to my current employer. My current employer is ready to provide absence letter covering 5 years annual paid leave. Is it ok to have one letter from current employer covering 5 years annual leave though I have been employed to current employer since last 3.5 years.

if your previous employer is not providing the details then put the same in your covering letter and submit your pay slips / bank statements for those years to prove that you have been paid during your annual leave.
