Hi Guys,

I am planning to apply for settlement visa for wife and kid, rented house with a contract for 6 months, Will that be any issue?

Is there any where like housing contract has to be for certain period.

6 months is the normal length of contract for a short-hold tenancy...so no, there shouldn't be a problem.
