hearing date

Me and my business partner submitted appeal online @ 10/06/13 and my partner received hearing letter on 22/07/13 from court and his hearing date is 22/08/13. Today I call tribunal and explain all story and they said to me that your hearing date will be in Mar/Apr 2014. What can I do now? Advise me please.

Hello, its really shocking that your hearing date is in March 2014 but your team member is on August 2013. I also lodged online appeal with my team member about 3 months ago & we both received Mashallah same hearing date on 12th September 2013. You should ask yout solictor to write a letter to Tribunal, explaining your situation in simple words. I hope they will do something for you. With letter send your & your friend online Fax copy when you both applied at same time + your refusal letters that you both have same refusal as you both are Business partner. Post it with special delivery as you don,t have much time. Wish you goodluck.
