Any one from tier 4 student visa to Tier 1 entre visa....

Hi Guys,

Is there any once who applied for tier 2 (Entre) visa from Tier 4 student visa.

I have applied on 10th Jan 2013 and still waiting for decision. No interview call and no communication from UKBA as well. when ever I call then I get the same standard answer saying decision is still pending or is in process.....
