hello again
I am Dlr holder ,married to a british national and father of two kids(british passport)
I have a son living in africa and would like him to come and live with us ,
I would like to know if a Dlr holder can bring a family to the uk? what are the conditions for that to be possible ? I am working full time and earning 22k a year
Help please

You must be settled here, and able to show that you have primary responsibility over your child.

I have been living over here for nearly ten years (3years with a Dlr )
I think that I have primary responsiblity over my child ,yes i spent those years far of him (immigration problem ) but I am always in touch and care about him
