Visa Stamp date and Date landed in UK

for ILR, what are the allowable days from the date your visa was stamped and date you arrived in UK. If there is any document where it is written.

For PBS applications, if you entry was within 90 days of clearance the 5 year period be classed as starting on the date of clearance.
