Tier 2 General -English language requiremnt

I will be applying for a tier 2 ( general ) visa to UK.I checked the PBS calculator for my qualification and unfortunately it does not award 10 points for English Language requirement. My University ( Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala)is there in the list but once I select the courses I have done it does not award me 10 points. I understand that if we select any course awarded from this university, PBC does not show any points. The courses I have checked in the PBS calculator from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala is equivalent to UK degree approved by National Academic Recognition Information Centre (UK NARIC) and was taught in English. Can you please advice me how can I proceed further
