Hi ,
I came in this country in 2006 on whm, than 2008 i got work permit for 5 yrs,
And from oct 2008 my employer did not pay my tax and use me for his different company and keep blackmailing me for silly amount for ilr which is voice over recording with me. My work permit is going to expire in oct 2013.
I been to solicitor , he said me that you can apply ilr with your evidence of recording , if refused than they gave right of appeal and we will convince to judge on mercy basis and tell about whole thing what its make impact on your wife and 2 and half yr old daughter as my father also got brain stroke in between this.

Can any body guide me about this tricky situation
And
If i make 200000 show in account for enterpreneur is that better or to tackle with above situation is better.

Please guide me in urgency as we all are very confused.
