Tier 4 stay on the same level for 7 years - URGENT PLS HELP

Hi Guru

I came to UK in September 2006 to do 3 years course BSc in Computing(Level 6) and I got visa till November 2009 than I did Professional Graduate Diploma in IT(Level 6) from Nov 2009 to April 2011 and than after I did Graduated Integrated Diploma in Business Management(Level 6) from May 2011 to May 2013 now my visa is expiring on 08 Sep 2013. I have taken admission in MBA from Govt Funded College and I am aiming to finish my 10 years in Sep 2016 . Please advise that if I make application now will I be rejected on the base of 5 years cap on the same level 6 for last 7 years ??

Pls advise, let me know if you need any more info in my case.

no chance for further student visa. only option to change category.

I Have already made the application, my application will be rejected ? Will I get chance to appeal.
