Hello All,

I applied 15 days ago for EU3. Unfortunately, my wife left but she still here in Ireland. does this affect my right for PR?
I have more than 5 years as EU Family member

Do you have more than 5 years of legal residence in Ireland?

When did you wife leave? You have to apply to retain your rights, and should inform the INIS of change in your circumstance, but what matters is when your wife left?

I haven't more than 5 years of legal residency but i have more than 5 years as EU Family member. my wife left home but she still in Ireland, so I'm still EU Family member.
