How stay more then 90 days with my visa in Netherland

Hi am arabic guy i would like to immigrate to netherland
i dont know the right way to stay there or if its possible .
By the way befor i travelled alot of times with my visa to my friend place,
almost 7years untile i got a visa for 5 years helas i cant stay more then 3month ..then i stay 3month there and in my country 3month and back .
I would like to know if any possiblity to stay there forever and to change my court visa to immigrate there , really am tired to do 3month and back home alltime .
to long visa legaly in netherland thanks .
