BRP Lost case and travelling on Replacement BRP Visa

Hi,
I recently lost my BRP while in India. I applied for a Replacement BRP at the High Commission in India.
The Replacement Sticker visa was issued with valid dates as 30 July to 30 August 2013 with MULTIPLE entries allowed.
I travelled back to UK on the above visa on 4th August.
I have previously booked for a trip to Italy for the long weekend in August and am returning back on 26th August.
My query is can I use the Replacement BRP visa to travel to Italy and return back to UK.
