Still confusing too on my case.I am a Non-EEA
Here it is :
My wife (an EEA) moves to UK in Dec 2008 .
Applied the WRS and she got in Jan 2009
We met and married in April 2010
She recd her EEA1 on Sept 2010
I received my EEA2 on July 2010
so when should i apply for EEA 4(Permanent residence)
