Hi

Can we apply for SIA licence on Tier 1 entrepreneur visa and set up a security company then work through our company and offer security services ?

well.. you get licence to work as a security guard is something that can be answered you continue asking establishing a security company same time is confusing you do not need a licence to open a security company but a SIA contract scheme with SIA. if the question is opening a security company and your role in company is to work as a security guard can not qualify a work at level 4 or above if it is 50K route.

you might consider opening a security company as to invest your money in as an option if you going to apply under 200k Cat. otherwise where 50K route it is level 2 or below working as a security guard/Door supervisor
