200k cat outside uk...any comments??

I got 70k in UK account on my own name and my team member is in india so what letter do i need to prove it that my team member have an access to my 70k in UK??
The rest 130k is in my home country in our joint account.

First and foremost, both you and your team member must apply from either India (together) or from UK (together).

Assuming you are applying from India, you (A) and your partner (B) must make sure that both of you have access of £200K

A must give access of £70K to B.
A must also get access to £130K from B.
(and vice versa)

For that, you need to:
i) find a bank which is regulated by local governing body.
ii) Official Affidavit confirming access of 200K in total to both parties. You may need to involve solicitor.

Account in India consist both A and B.
1) Does affidavite has to be from Indian lawyer as both applicants in India now.??
