Hi Guys
We are same gender relationship so can i stay with my dutch partners more then 3 month even i have a visa for 5 years (90), cause i stay in his place all time 3 month and back and we looking the right way to stay together for long term stay so any one can help us or any advice!!! thanks

You may consider providing more information about your circumstances. Your nationality, your partner's, how long have you been together, etc.

Personally, I don't know anything about Netherlands immigration. I do know a reasonable amount about EU freedom of movement. This usually applies to an EU citizen who moves to another EU country and would like their family members to join them.

Thanks for your reply ..well am from morocco and my partner from netherland we know each other 7 years now and i got a visa for 5 years then am looking the way to stay there with him for longer when am there so any possiblity? its possible to change my visa visite to stay longterm ?thanks for your reply ..

From what you post, Netherlands national law will apply. I don't know very much about that. Hopefully someone else will get you an answer. Failing that search "IND".
