Post by Geeth08 » Mon Aug 12, 2013 11:57 am

Hi I have applied for tier 4 on may 2013, but still I haven't receive any response from ukba not even acknowledgment. My lawyer sent a letter as well with all Royal Mail reference number and copy of my postal order. Not even reply to that letter eathier which I sent 10/07/2013.

Really worried. Any advise

After submitting application you/your lawyer must have been received acknowledgement letter followed by the biometric letter so far been. If you call them then always the telephone operator will suggest you to wait until 14 weeks. You should again re-check as which address you/your lawyer had actually forwarded the application and whether the royal mail tracking really confirms as its being received by them.

Then refer to your local MP and explain him your problem. He must be able to track your application.
