ILR application

Hi All,
A friend of mine asks this:
Is there any particular form for someone(with definite leave to remain) who wants to apply for ILR on the basis of having been a refugee on Geneva Convention? I have seen various forms on the UKBA website.

Is this for a person who was granted 5 years leave to remain as a refugee? Generally that would be a protection route.
