Need Help - Absence days from the UK

Hi Gurus,
Please I need your help.
I worked for an oil service company where I work in vessels offshore deep waters and many times have to travel outside the country.
This is a summary of my absences for the five year period.
Year 1 28 September 2013 to 29 September 2012 (0 days)
Year 2 28 September 2012 to 29 September 2011 (0 days)
Year 3 28 September 2011 to 29 September 2010 (0 days)
Year 4 28 September 2010 to 29 September 2009 (185 days) 46 days out of this are personal vacation.
Year 5 28 September 2009 to 29 September 2008 (203 days) 20 days out of this are personal vacation.

I've got letters from my employer to support that I spent these days for business trips offshore deep waters.

This is a total of 385 days in 5 years but only 66 days of personal trips.
Any help will be appreciated.
