Tier 2 ICT Short Term Staff Migrant

I have a visa stamped on my passport for Tier 2 ICT Short Term Staff Migrant valid from 30-1-2013 to 21-01-2013. Unfortunately the project got closed and I could not travel there. Now I am getting another Short term travel to UK where the company is asking me to apply for a short term visa.

My Question is can I apply again for Tier 2 ICT Short Term Staff Migrant before the cooling of period since I have not travelled to UK.

If I cant apply then which visa works for me?

Appreciate your help quickly as I need to act on this quickly.

you are eligible for another T2 ICT Short Term Staff visa but must provide evidence that you have not been in the UK with T2 leave in the 12 month period preceding your application for entry clearance.
