ILR after 28 Oct 2013 - English test?

ILR after 28 Oct 2013 - English test?

Hello Experts

I have ILR due in Jan 2014. I and my wife have already passed Life in the UK test. Do i need to give any other English test.

During my initial application, i had already proved about my English language eligibility by giving letter from my college which certifies medium of language was English.

Does my wife needs to get give English test? Or is there a way around by getting letter from her college that she had done her bachelors in English medium and then from UK Naric get English Language Assessment certified.

Your advice will be helpful.
