Frenchise on Enterpuner visa

Hi,
I am on PSW visa and want to apply for Enterpuner visa. The business I want to buy health care frenchise . I will director of that frenchies but I am confuse about graduate level business . If I show my role as business support manager or some thing else . Please let me know can I do Frenchise business to apply for Enterpuner visa and what documents I need to show to home office. A franchise at the 200k entry is not a problem. Otherwise, if you are switching from psw, the businesss (rather than your role in the business) must be level 4 or higher. Most franchises are retail-based and therefore do not qualify at the 50k entry. You have not given enough info tabout your business to make a comment

Thanks for your reply. I will go from 50k . My business health care agency is to provide care at home and I am going to bring business to meet with other health care provider to get business . I can be business development in this agency and business development is level 4 job. Please guide me if I am wrong. Thanks

Care workers and home care workers are lower skilled occupation levels (6145) and providing this service will not qualify for Tier 1 (ENT) at the 50K PSW entry. It's the nature of the service that is provided that matters so you can elect to call yourself vice-president, or senior manager, or business development manager, or whatever lofty position takes your fancy, but the occupational level of the service is, nevertheless, still below level 4.

Other than the work necessary to administer the business, your main business activity must be working skilled to National Qualifications Framework 4 or above. We will not take into account the tasks involved with the running of the business for this assessment.
For example
• If the business is software sales and your main activity is developing software, you may qualify for points;
• If the business is a taxi firm, the main occupation is driving a taxi and you will not score points even though you manage the business. Your main activity is providing a taxi service which is not skilled to graduate level.
