SWITCHING from Tier 2 ICT ST to Tier 2 Generak

Hi Team,

Here are my UK Visit details so far.

1st Entry: 27th July 2008, Exit: 11th April 2009 (Work permit visa, visa dates 28-03-2008 to 31-12-2009)
2nd Entry: 2nd January 2010, Exit: 31st July 2011 (Visa Tier-2 ICT, visa dates 07-12-2009 to 03-01-2013
3rd Entry: 12th February 2012, still in UK (Visa Tier-2 ICT, extended within UK, visa dates 03-01-2013 to 30-11-2014)

I have been in UK from last 5 years, (however my recent trip started in Feb-2012) on Tier-2 ICT visa.

My intention is to stay in UK for more time, specially if there is an opportunity to change form my Tier-2 ICT to Tier-2 Gen. I have some basic questions about this before proceeding with applying this. Would you be able to answer them enabling me to decide on this further.

1) Is there any possibility to convert Tier-2 ICT to Tier-2 General.
2) Is there any route from Tier-2 Gen to ILR (PR) or any restrictions are there, as you are aware of.

How to know if my recent visa extension (done in 2012-December) is done with Visa rules before 6-Apr-2010, or after that?

Is there a way to find this out?
