UK TIER 2 Visa - Travel outside UK during notice period

Hi, I am currently working on a Tier 2 (General) Visa and I have submitted my resignation with my current employer. I have received an alternate employment and will be transferring to Tier 2 (General) Visa with the new employer.

But my current employer needs me to travel on business EU for 2 weeks during the notice period - and will be back in the UK before the last week of the employment. Please let me know if I can travel and still be able to enter UK again while I am on a notice period.

Please, any related information would be very helpful.
