a friend applied for leave hoping to get it on the above 18 years old but below 25 years old rule unfortunately they where 25 at the time and they have got a response sad to report it was in the negative.
BACKGROUND
The man was born here and after his second birthday he migrated back to home country but leave between 2 different country as the family parents looked for work at age 15 he came back to UK and he has been here since. he is now 26/27.
Basically he has not much roots in either country so when doing a bit of research he discovered that the community and the laws for the country he most likely might end up going is not kind to gay people.
How can he address this issues as it was not mentioned in the initial application as he did not see any reason to.
There is no right of appeal in his refusal letter want to help the brother out before they send removal instructions...

What was the status of his parents when he was born?

When he was born they where students and when he was 15 they mother came for work her applications is still outstanding she was granted then withdrawn so still waiting on a new one which she only submitted last year has some medical complication to her application...
I think when making his 25year period concession they misinterpreted the fact he actually had to be below 25
